1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

• This website: ordinary server logs (IP address, time, requested page) kept by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting. The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
• The Telegram bot: your Telegram user ID, username, language, the messages, ideas and lyrics you send to the bot, the songs generated for you, and your credit balance and purchase history.
• Payments: see section 4. We do not receive or store your card details, but the payment provider passes us the details of your order, such as your email address, name and country, so that we can credit your purchase and handle support and refunds.

3. Why and on what basis

To provide the service you requested (create songs, keep your credits, handle support and refunds), which is necessary to perform our contract with you; to keep purchase records as tax and accounting law requires (legal obligation); and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interest).

4. Payments

Orders are processed by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record. The Merchant of Record is the reseller to the buyer: it collects the payment, applies and remits sales tax or VAT where required, issues the receipt and handles payment-related support, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase. The Seller never receives or stores card details. The payment provider handles your payment data under its own privacy policy, as an independent controller, and shares with us the information needed to credit your purchase.

5. Who receives your data

• Telegram, which delivers the bot's messages and acts under its own privacy policy.
• The payment provider named above.
• AI service providers that generate the music and assist with lyrics. The text you submit is sent to them to produce your song, and they process it under their own terms. Do not submit sensitive personal data.
• Hosting and database providers that run the bot and this website.

Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area rely on an adequacy decision (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Messages, lyrics and generated songs are kept while your account is active and are deleted when you ask us to delete them. Purchase records are kept for 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the purchase was made, as tax and accounting law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to restrict or object to its processing. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work, or where the infringement took place. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

8. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18.
