Refund Policy

Unused and partly used packs

Within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a refund. If you have not used any credit from the pack, you get the full price back. If you have used some credits, you get back the price of the unused credits (the pack price divided by the number of songs in the pack, multiplied by the number of unused credits). Songs that have already been generated are not refunded.

Songs that fail

If a song fails to generate or is not delivered to you, we will either re-credit the song to your account or refund it, as you prefer, at any time.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. When you buy, you ask for immediate access to the credits and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the part you have already used. You therefore keep the right to a refund of the credits you have not used. Nothing in this policy limits other rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

How to request a refund

Refunds are issued by Paddle, the Merchant of Record, because it collects your payment. To request one, use the link in your payment receipt, or email us and we will ask Paddle to refund you. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. If you email us, write to [email protected] with the Telegram username or user ID you use in the bot, the email on your receipt and the date of purchase. We reply within 3 business days.
