Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Who provides the service
Telesong is provided by Victor Rusakovich, an individual conducting unregistered business activity in Poland (the "Seller"). Contact: [email protected].
2. What is sold
Telesong is a Telegram bot (@pesenka_speta_bot) that generates songs. You buy credits; one credit generates one song. Credits are digital goods linked to your Telegram account. Nothing is shipped. To use the service you need a Telegram account and a device that can play audio files. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page before you pay. Orders are processed by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record. The Merchant of Record is the reseller to the buyer: it collects the payment, applies and remits sales tax or VAT where required, issues the receipt and handles payment-related support, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase. The Seller never receives or stores card details.
4. Delivery
Credits are added to your Telegram account in the bot right after the payment is confirmed. Songs are generated on request and sent to you in the Telegram chat, usually within a few minutes. Generation depends on third-party services and may occasionally be delayed.
5. Your content and the songs
You are responsible for the ideas, text and lyrics you submit and confirm that you have the right to use them. Do not submit content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or is hateful or abusive. Do not submit sexually explicit content or any content that sexualises or involves minors, and do not use the service to harass, defraud or deceive others. Do not use the service for voice cloning or to imitate the voice of a real artist, to use a real person's name or likeness without their consent, or to reproduce lyrics or music you do not have rights to. We may refuse a request or block access if these rules are broken.
Songs are generated by third-party AI services in general, genre-based styles; the service does not offer imitation of specific artists. To the extent the Seller holds any rights in a song, the Seller grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use it for personal and commercial purposes. The Seller does not guarantee that a song is protected by copyright, that it is unique, or that it can be registered with a collecting society or distributed on streaming platforms. Songs may resemble other works by coincidence.
6. Refunds and complaints
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. To make a complaint, email [email protected]; we answer within 14 days. If digital content does not conform to what was agreed, you have the rights that mandatory consumer law gives you, such as repair, price reduction or a refund.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of third-party outages. The Seller may change the service, prices or these terms; changes apply to purchases made after they are published here and will not reduce what you have already paid for. If a change does reduce it, you may ask for a refund of your unused credits.
8. Liability
The Seller is not liable for indirect losses or for outages of Telegram or other third parties beyond the Seller's control. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury, or the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where they live.
